We were only a few minutes on foot from the Shambles, and having secure parking right at the apartment made exploring York easy. The place was lovely and clean, set up with everything we needed, and presented beautifully. Our hosts were really helpful both before we arrived and while we were there. We had a lovely couple of days and will be back.

Emma and Mark kept in touch brilliantly throughout, and the apartment was just as described. It was spotless, comfortable, and had all the things we needed. York centre is an easy short walk away, too. Would happily recommend it.

Having free, secure private parking was a real bonus, and the peaceful spot is still only a short walk from the city centre. Our stay in the I should Cocoa apartment was great. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. Emma & Mark communicated really well and were lovely hosts. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The hosts were so kind and helpful, with good local suggestions and locally sourced tea and coffee waiting for us. We loved the stylish, luxurious feel of this charming studio, and it had everything we needed for a short break. All the main places we wanted to visit were within walking distance. We'd be very happy to come back.

Emma and Mark made booking easy with clear communication, and there were thoughtful little extras in the apartment, including special tea and local coffee beans. The Rowntree family history is woven through the place in a lovely way. We found the apartment clean, and York's sights were easy to explore on foot. There's a grocery store up the road and bus stops nearby. I'd gladly book with them again.
