Cosy Twin Room in Brecon

I was a little early, but Edward greeted me warmly and put the kettle on straight away. We had a great chat about our travels and lost track of time. The place was clean, tidy and comfortable, easy to find, and suited what I needed perfectly. From Cradoc, it’s only a few minutes or miles from central Brecon, and the view takes in the Brecon Beacons. Breakfast had plenty to choose from too. Hopefully I’ll return in late spring or summer with my son for a short break and some walks across the Brecon Beacons.

The gardens were very well kept, and the house sits in beautiful surroundings. Inside, the house and bedroom were clean. You can help yourself to breakfast and make your own tea and coffee. Edward was a fantastic host and, after my vehicle broke down, went out of his way to get me to the starting line on time for the nearby Pen Y Fan event the next morning. Edward looked after us brilliantly, even giving my Dad and me a lift into town for dinner. We stayed one night last month while cycling from Cardiff to Anglesey. The place was clean and well maintained, with lovely scenery and a garage where we could keep our bikes. Breakfast was nice too.
