I rented here for around 6 months, and I strongly advise against it. There was no water in the building several days a week, and the water tank didn’t provide warm water. Management was horrible and didn’t seem to care about tenants or follow regulations. The furniture was very old, and the materials inside the apartment seemed as cheap as possible. I also believe the electricity bill was falsified. Even when I was away from home most days, I had to pay over $200 a month. Friends in other units had the same opinion. This place was absolutely horrible.

Do not rent here. For weeks, there was a gas leak from the stove and a coolant leak from the AC. They had a teenage handyman tape things up instead of properly fixing them. When I eventually had symptoms of CO poisoning and asked them to fix the problem, they refused. I had to involve the school to get out of there. Management was incredibly rude and yelled when confronted. They only want your money and don’t care whether you live or die.

The price was fairly reasonable, the service was good, and it’s a good distance from the university.
