Radisson Grenada Beach Resort

The location is convenient for a grocery store, a grill center, a plaza, and another beautiful beach, BBC beach. Brisa Mar is a lovely restaurant overlooking the beach and bay, and the hotel is budget friendly. It’s quiet, beautifully landscaped, and about a 10 minute ride from the airport. I had a superb half-day island tour with Dany, who you can ask about at reception. The water was clear and turquoise when I visited in April. My beachfront room by the cafe and pool had a great location, though its furniture looked like it had survived a hurricane. The TV was huge and the bed extremely comfortable. Next time I’d pick a garden room.

The drainage ditch cutting across the northern third of the property looks and smells a lot like an open sewage drain, and they should address it. The beach is gorgeous, the grounds are pretty, and the room was nice, especially the beds. Staff seemed a bit surly, like servers elsewhere in Grenada, but it was fine.

The grounds were gorgeous, with beautiful trees and good upkeep, and the pool was clean too. I stayed for 6 days and was very pleased. It’s right on the beach and close to shopping centers, food, and transportation. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and checkout were easy, and we didn’t wait long to be served at the restaurants. The food was fresh and delicious, especially the bakery, which was 10/10. You must try everything there. My favorite was the nutmeg cheesecake cake. The rooms were cleaned every day and the beds were comfortable. I’d definitely stay again.

Being right on Grand Anse Beach is amazing, and it’s easy to catch the number 1 bus into town. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby make getting around simple. I’ve been coming to this property for many years, since it was called Grenada Grand Beach Resort, and the location and quality of the staff have stayed consistent even as the resort has changed. We came to celebrate my spouse’s 40th birthday, and the hotel upgraded our room and left a birthday cake and fruit for us on arrival. It was a thoughtful touch. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, and any room issues were sorted quickly. Linnel at the bar was lovely, and Kassia, Jamia at the front desk, and Alana were also very hospitable. We had a beautiful stay and hope to return.
