The views from our room were really nice and worth paying a little extra for. It’s a short, 10-minute walk to the beach, and the staff were great and very helpful. The place is good value and not too expensive. There’s been a drought on the island, so the water pressure was low, though still enough for normal washing. We had a toilet issue, but they fixed it promptly. I’d definitely stay again.

Fresh flowers on the dresser were a lovely touch and helped our extended vacation feel like home. Our room was clean and spacious for our family of three, with lovely views of the city or town. The landscaping is beautiful, and the location is handy for the malls and Grand Anse beach. We left our dishes for after an outing, but the staff washed them while cleaning our room. That was wonderful!

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the apartment was fairly comfortable. My main problem was the shower: the water pressure was painfully slow and the water heater didn't work, making late-night and early-morning showers difficult. Apart from that, the stay was okay.

A good option if you're on a budget and want a self-contained mini apartment. It's clean and the staff are very helpful, with some rooms offering ocean views. Grocery stores, a bank, an ATM, restaurants, and the beach are all within a 10-minute walk or less. The tradeoffs are busy traffic and road noise. During the dry season, water pressure can be an issue in this part of the island. For me, most of the joy comes from being on the island, and only a little from where you sleep.
