We were cold throughout the stay. The room had an old oil furnace and was barely warm, even though it was 2°C outside that morning. The shower was warm, at least, though not hot. Breakfast was bread, butter, cheese, tea bags, and a couple of hard-boiled eggs. Nothing hot was served, and we had to knock on the kitchen door to get hot water for tea. There was no coffee. We were freezing in the dining room too. The hotel was seriously under construction when we arrived. Our room was on the third floor, reached only by an unfinished concrete spiral staircase with no railing. We had to carry our luggage up it. If safety is a concern, stay elsewhere. For the room, breakfast, and location, we thought it was overpriced. One of the worst places we stayed in Georgia.

The restaurant had good food, and the staff were helpful. It's conveniently set right beside the road, with secure parking for motorcycles. Just what a tired traveler needs.

There was plenty of room, and the host was very nice, but he doesn't speak English, so brush up on Georgian or Russian. Breakfast was simple and filling, and we didn't try the restaurant. The shower has no curtain, so water goes all over the bathroom, and the drain smelled unpleasant. Some reading lights by the bed would help, since otherwise the main light has to stay on.

No one came to clean the room or replace the towels during our five days, and on the last night there was no hot water. The restaurant across the street was noisy, and the food was awful. Only two or three menu items were available, and even those were either overcooked or too salty. I don't recommend it.

We had planned to stay here as a family, but sadly our grandma passed away unexpectedly during the trip, so we couldn't make it. The owner and staff were so kind and understanding about what happened. I'm truly grateful to them, and want to thank them again here. ❤️🙏
