The rooms were big and super clean, and the price was very fair. The owner's family were even warmer and friendlier. It's right in the center. Can only recommend this place!

From the outside it looks worse than it is. Inside, it's a nice place to stay overnight, with clean, very spacious rooms at a reasonable price. The location is very central, and the hostess was friendly.

It's a reasonably priced, decent hotel with clean rooms and a clean bathroom with a shower. Right opposite the central park, in the heart of Akhalkalaki. The TV in the park stayed on all night, but the windows blocked almost all the noise. A nice option if you like a quiet, peaceful area.
