This is my favorite place to stay in Akhaltsikhe. Itโs cozy, and the rooms are clean. They have heating for winter and AC in summer.

The breakfast was very good, and the clean rooms were worth the money, though a few little things still need attention. The hosts are welcoming and ready to help. The location is handy for walking to the castle and is close to the Turkish bath.

There are Turkish bath artifacts in the yard, which make the place feel a bit like a museum. The host is warm, friendly, and very helpful, and the Georgian food is delicious. A cozy guesthouse with real hospitality.

Breakfast costs extra, but it was homemade and really wholesome. The guesthouse is tucked into the old town, with nice walks nearby and lovely views. Our host was wonderful and arranged a car with a very helpful driver for our trip to Vardzia. Iโd definitely recommend staying here.
