For the price, it’s a good choice. The staff are polite, the place is clean and quiet, and breakfast is filling and good.

The hostess offers a very large, delicious breakfast for 10 lari per person. It’s a clean, cozy guesthouse with three rooms and a kitchen.

I come to Akhaltsikhe regularly and always stay at Alisa's. I fell for the place on my first visit, and it feels just like being at my parents' house. You get an entire floor of a proper home, with two bedrooms, a living room, veranda, kitchen, and bathroom. It’s incredibly cozy and comfortable. Alisa is sincere, enthusiastic, quick to respond, and ready to help with any accommodation issue. The breakfasts are wonderful and filling, and she can suit different preferences. I’m sure I’ll stay here again next time I’m in Akhaltsikhe.

We stayed here with our three children, and they were very happy. The second floor house is bright, spacious, clean, cozy, and comfortable. Alisa is a sweet, welcoming owner. There was everything we needed, including a hair dryer, microwave, coffee, tea, and dishes. Breakfast was simple and delicious. The people here are absolutely wonderful. Thank you for all your hard work and care; you made our trip so comfortable.

I really liked the neighbors, apartment, kitchen, and bedroom. There’s plenty of space. The shower could be better, and so could the soundproofing, but overall it’s great.
