The balcony and garden were my favorite parts of the house, with lovely views all around. Our rooms were clean and roomy, and the place felt peaceful. Lile speaks English very well, so it was easy to communicate, and both she and Tamar were always doing their best to make us comfortable. We had only meant to stay one night at Chevno Ezo, but wound up staying four. Tamar and her granddaughter Lile were warm from the moment we arrived, and the meals were delicious. Tamar’s husband makes wonderful homemade Khvanchkara wine, and, amusingly, their street is called Khvanchkara street too. It’s not far from the town center. We felt cared for throughout our stay, and it meant a lot to us. I’d highly recommend it.

Tamar and Koba were so kind and welcoming. We spent our evenings talking and sharing wine with them, and after nine nights we still hated to leave. We’d planned on just one night, but loved it so much that we kept extending our stay. It was unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return.

We loved staying here, especially the hostess's delicious cooking and the authentic Georgian wine. You can really feel how warm and welcoming the owners are. If I could, I’d give it six stars 🙂
