Our “sxvanaira” cottage had a cozy, fairycore feel, and the view was unbelievably beautiful. The room was cute and clean, and the host was friendly. They have a cat and a dog, so it’s pet friendly. Google Maps made the location easy to find.

The cabins each have their own kitchen and bathroom, and every building has a fireplace. I especially loved soaking in the bathtub while looking out at the forest. The woods, pool, and views make this a wonderful place. I imagine it’s lovely in winter too. The larger cabin seems suitable for a family or perhaps two.

The tiny wooden houses have lovely interiors and exteriors, with a fairytale feel. They’re spread across one or two floors, so they work well for families or for a holiday with a bit more privacy. Such a sweet place for slow living, especially if you enjoy feeling cozy and independent in the countryside. I highly recommend staying here.

I booked two nights but couldn’t manage even one because of the bugs. I found one in my bed, there were ants in the bathroom, and another bug attacked both my dog and me. The pool also had bugs on the surface and looked green. I’d come from Tbilisi to celebrate, but that didn’t happen. When I told the owner, she apologized and suggested my dog might have been playing too much in the grass. They refunded one night. I left the same day I arrived and got back to Tbilisi at 1 am to take my dog to the vet and avoid getting more bugs.
