I come to Bakuriani every year, and this place really is special. The cottages deserve five stars, with a peaceful, convenient setting where you can truly feel you’re resting in the mountains.

We had our first white Christmas here. The house was warm, modern, and clean, with a great living area for the family to spend time together. The kitchen and bar had a fun feel and gave the chef and bartender room to get into it. Santa was there this year, and a few friendly dogs kept watch. We’d come back.

The furniture is very old, and the place isn’t clean.

The stairs between floors felt unsafe and dangerous for adults and children, and the walls were filthy. The place is remote and desolate. There were no cleaning supplies, soap, conditioner, tissues, or wastebaskets in the rooms. All we found was toilet paper and one bar of soap for the ground-floor bathroom. It was a physically and psychologically harmful experience, and I won’t repeat it.

The cottage is beautifully designed and in a great location. Giorgi, the host, stays in touch and is always ready to help if you need anything ❤️❤️❤️
