Being close to the ski lift, with an outdoor terrace and a playground for children, made this a convenient family stay. The hotel feels very family oriented and has excellent facilities for kids. Breakfast had a wide selection, and the tasty à la carte options were a nice addition. A good choice for a smooth, stress-free family holiday.

Everyone was friendly and polite, from the bellboy who welcomed us at the entrance to the housekeeping team and the kitchen staff handling the crowds. They were all so helpful. I haven’t had service like that in a long time, even at five-star hotels in Europe. Thank you, and I hope you all keep up your energy.

We came to the restaurant as a family and were impressed by the delicious food and excellent service. Tatia, the manager, gave us a warm, professional welcome and kindly found a comfortable spot for our children. She was very responsible, and we felt well looked after throughout. We’ll definitely return.

Last Saturday, my friends and I stopped at the hotel restaurant for dinner. Waiters repeatedly brought dishes we hadn’t ordered, and each time we told them so and refused them. When we got the bill, we paid together and planned to split the cost later. On our way home, we spotted about 100 GEL in extra charges for those same dishes the waiters had mistakenly brought over. We called right away. The restaurant asked for a receipt photo and the card number used for payment. Once they recognized their mistake, they asked us to return to the hotel for a refund, but we were already about an hour away and couldn’t make the trip. We asked if they could refund us another way. They said they’d work it out and stayed in touch for a few hours, then stopped replying to all messages the next day. The mistake was entirely theirs, so this was an awful way to treat customers.
