The room was comfortable and clean, but it's set up for two with just one chair. There's no kitchen or WiFi either.

We were given a room without WiFi or cooking utensils, just a kettle. Otherwise, it was fine.

I could have spent ages watching the snowy mountains from the window. The room was amazing, and I loved the hotel and every minute of our stay. The Jacuzzi and steam bath were nice too.

Breakfast was good quality with plenty of variety, served in the rooftop restaurant. Our room was roomy with a huge bathroom, and some rooms have bunk beds for families with kids. The staff were friendly and there were family facilities. When it started snowing, the staff even built a huge snowman in the backyard. A nice hotel in Bakuriani.

We had a great stay as a family with two kids. The room view, cleanliness, breakfast, and the staff's hospitality were all great. Special thanks to George, the hotel manager, for all his support. Highly recommended.
