The location is great, with a Georgian restaurant in the next building. The building itself is beautiful, and the apartments feel cozy. There’s a pool and spa in the building, plus parking and a supermarket open 24 hours. You can ski right to the door.

We left on the second day of our 8-day vacation. Parking was a big problem: in high season, especially winter, it’s mostly impossible to find a spot, and you may have to use another lot 10 minutes from the hotel. The rooms were far too hot, with no AC or proper ventilation. There was just one window, and in winter you can’t leave it open all night, so the air felt stuffy and heavy. Sound insulation was completely lacking. We could hear a child crying at 3 a.m. and a couple arguing on another floor, making rest or a good night’s sleep almost impossible. The room design was unattractive and uncomfortable, not somewhere you could spend relaxing time. Staff showed no hospitality, and cleaning only happened for an extra fee, which I found very strange. I can’t recommend this place at all.

The entrance is constantly blocked by cars, and the grounds and roads aren’t cleaned, leaving mud, ice, and dog waste everywhere. There are stray dogs and strangers around, and although there’s security at the entrance, they don’t do anything. Service was awful. Some reception staff don’t speak English; when you ask for help, they keep watching TikTok and call an admin whose English isn’t much better. Ask for toilet paper and they’ll charge 20 lari.

The rooms are comfortable and nice, and everything is within the Crystal resort area, which makes it really convenient. It’s a great spot to relax with family or friends. I highly recommend it.
