BM Plaza

BM plaza is practically beside the ski resort and the spots where you can rent sledges, ski gear, and ice-skating equipment, so the location worked perfectly. The price was reasonable, too. The restaurant was good: the fries were perfect, the pizza was tasty, and the other food was good as well. The place has a lovely style and was very clean, especially the bathrooms, which were the cleanest I've seen. At reception, the gentleman I think was called ado had wonderful manners. He was kind, respectful, humble and very helpful, and his English was good. The other workers were just as nice. So many good things about this hotel, I'd give it 10/10!

The reception staff were very kind, and the rooms were cozy and quiet. The hotel's location is really good. But there's little here for families: the kids' room is downstairs in a cold area. Breakfast was poor quality, and our room wasn't cleaned daily even when we asked. The pool costs extra, and the price is very high.

The balconies have a beautiful view, the location is good and the rooms are nice. There were a few inconveniences, though. The room had no mirror except in the toilet, and no bidet sprayer. There's a small fridge and an electric kettle with tea, but no coffee. We had cups but only plastic spoons, and a garbage bin without a bag. Wi-Fi is free, though it was a bit weak in the room. There's no AC either. I know it doesn't usually get very hot, but on sunny days it can, and sometimes you want to shut the balcony door.

A charming mountain is just a couple of steps away, great if you love skiing. There's also a billiards and bar room where you can get coffee or a cocktail. The staff are friendly and the dishes are delicious. My top hotel in Bakuriani, I'd recommend it 100%.
