Cozy Apartment in Orbi Bakuriani

The room felt cozy, and I was happy with it. Two large ski cable cars are nearby, and staff keep the roads clear so driving is easier. There are plenty of parking spaces with security, while parks, shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance.

The pool and so-called spa were a letdown, and I found the location awful too. Reception service was terrible, with staff who seemed completely unhelpful and expressionless. For the price, this wasn't worth it.

A fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and kept ringing for two hours because the staff couldn't switch it off. Our rooms weren't ready until 2AM, and there was dirt everywhere. Service was nearly nonexistent, with incompetence throughout. This was an absolute nightmare and the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Never book it!

The water was shut off for two hours, and there weren't even tissues in the bathroom. They told me room cleaning happens only once every three days, so there was no cleaning. The internet was extremely weak. I've traveled to many countries and never experienced service this poor.
