The room hadn't been cleaned before check-in, and there was a constant sewer smell in the shower. The water kept switching between boiling hot and icy cold, which points to poor maintenance. You can also hear a lot through the thin drywall between rooms. Service was disgusting, and the reception staff spoke English poorly. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you don't want your vacation spoiled.

We couldn't stay at the hotel because of a personal issue, but the staff still worked together to help us sort it out, even though they didn't have to. Nika at reception was especially helpful and willing to resolve the problem. That deserves a compliment!

I stayed in apartment Bakuriani Crystal Loft B406, which was comfortable, had amazing views, and all the amenities needed for a family stay. Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, entertainment, and other things you need are nearby. Highly recommend 🤗

The service was very bad, and they wouldn't even let you use the toilet. If you can, go to another hotel.
