We came as a group and booked 12 rooms for 3 nights. The price was reasonable, but there was no air conditioning and it was terribly hot. After we left, staff said we had broken the couch in my grandfather's room and demanded 500 GEL, though that wasn't true. He is 70, and we were out exploring the area most of the day, hardly in the room. Their attitude and lack of understanding left us ashamed. It's disgraceful that a hotel claiming to be five stars is run like a motel.

Everything was very good, especially the hotel lounge. I want to thank lasha and dato, they are the best people to deal with and really the best.

Be careful, as staff may not pay attention to you. As soon as you enter the room, check the refrigerator for any drinks or open items, and look for anything broken. Better yet, take video and photos of the refrigerator and the curtains. Be careful, or they may try to blame you later.

Each unit is individually owned, so check the specifications when booking. We stayed in Unit 142. On arrival, the language barrier was a huge problem because no one spoke English, and we had to get an interpreter from outside.

When we arrived, the gas wasn't working. We couldn't cook or take a hot shower all day. The service was bad.
