The housekeeping team did an excellent job. Everything was clean and well organized, and they deserve appreciation. The hotel is in a great spot, with the cable car right outside and access to the ski area and slide, though it was closed throughout our stay. Reception staff felt rather unfriendly and not very warm. Breakfast was average, neither especially good nor bad. I appreciated having a bidet spray in the bathroom. The hotel itself was clean, but could use some light renovation and updates to meet modern standards. It was a good stay, and a few upgrades along with warmer customer service would make it better.

The location was convenient, which was a plus. The room seemed dated, and breakfast fell short of what we expected. The breakfast area could use improvement too. We didn't get much help from staff, especially when asking about things like the ski slopes and slides. Our questions weren't properly answered, so the overall experience was below average.

The rooms had plenty of space and were well equipped, but they got so hot that we kept opening the balcony door. A thermostat or clear guidance on adjusting the heater would have helped a lot. We took three meals a day. The food choices were brilliant, though not quite suited to kids, and breakfast had the widest range. The location was perfect: ski gear rental right in front of the hotel started at 30 lari, and a trainer could be hired for 100 lari an hour. Reception service was good, with attentive, helpful staff. Another nice incentive was the 30% discount and a free skiing pass, which would have cost 440 lari per person for one week.

The restaurant food was delicious, and everything felt perfect during my stay. The hotel and its location were excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The manager was especially attentive and cooperative, and gave us great suggestions for places to visit. There is even a cable car at the hotel that takes you to the top of the mountain, where the view is peaceful and beautiful. I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it! π

This was my second time at Crystal Hotel, and I enjoyed it even more. The view is breathtaking, service is exceptional, and everything I needed was available. The cable car and skiing made the stay especially fun and gave it a real sense of adventure. Great hospitality and lovely vibes, I'll definitely keep coming back ππ‘β·οΈβοΈ
