We felt at home with such warm, welcoming hosts. The owner and his wife were amazing, and we’ll definitely be back. The hotel was spotless, the amenities were excellent, and the view was breathtaking. Having the ski lifts right next door was incredibly convenient. Thanks so much for everything!

The host was friendly, and the spot is ideal for skiers. Kokhta lift is only 100 meters away, so the location gets a 10 out of 10 from me.

We wanted to stop for coffee and a snack in the lobby after skiing, but because we were wearing ski boots, we were rudely sent to another entrance. A simple sign and a polite explanation asking guests to use that entrance would have handled it. They should expect both skiers and snowboarders and make the service convenient for everyone. The way we were treated felt rude, and the service was lacking.

Erosi, the hotel manager, was incredibly attentive and helped with all sorts of things, from discounts on ski rental to finding a guide for our trip to Vardzia. The staff were warm and the rooms were pleasant, clean, had a great view, and were cleaned well. The hotel is just a minute from the Kohta ski lifts and rental services. Breakfast is available for 25 lari and was nice. For our ski vacation, the place was perfect, and I definitely recommend it.

The reception staff were really nice, and breakfast was delicious. The hotel and rooms are good and the view is great, though there isn’t any service. There’s no air conditioning because the weather and area are cold.
