Hot water was available only if you got lucky, and the rooms were terrible. There were blood stains on the pillow, which was disgusting, and the cleanliness of the whole room was questionable. Hygiene clearly wasn’t a priority: we found strange things in the food, including steel wool, and there were animals in the dining room. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid it unless you want your trip ruined.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The food is terrible, the beds are dirty, and the administration takes no responsibility for anything and is frankly disrespectful. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear every conversation. Cats run around the hotel too, which feels unsanitary. Honestly, I don’t know how this place can still function.

The staff were nice, and I really liked the food, especially as an Asian traveler. Staying here also gives you the chance to explore the nearby mountain, have coffee at the top, and reach the market in just a few minutes. A very great experience!

The cottage was amazing, especially with its fireplace, and the location is perfect, close to the cable car. We had a great winter holiday at the loft hotel. The management and staff made it even better and unforgettable.
