Orbi Bakuriani Apartment

We had to wait much too long for the room, even though we had given our check-in time. Room service wasn't great either. On the second day, while we were asleep, someone unlocked the door and came into our room. I'm unhappy with the stay.

The apartment was okay, but there were spiders everywhere. The pest control didn't seem adequate to deal with the insects.

The hotel itself was clean, but there were a lot of problems. We booked a suite with a bedroom and living room, yet the so-called living room was just a narrow rectangle, about 2*5 m, and surprisingly small. The bathroom had no bidet or any other option for washing after using the toilet. There was no baggage carrier, so I had to move the bags between the car and the room myself, both on arrival and departure. The staff treated guests poorly, without courtesy or warmth. Requests to change towels or sheets had to go through reception and came with a fee. There was no privacy or sound insulation. We could hear the neighboring rooms and outside noise. There was no air conditioning either, and opening the balcony for ventilation made it too noisy to sleep. I hope I've covered everything. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
