The pool and so-called spa were a letdown, and I found the location awful too. Reception service was terrible, with staff who seemed completely unhelpful and expressionless. For the price, this wasn't worth it.

At Block A, we were left waiting because the host and service staff hadn't agreed on the apartment check-in time. Nobody apologized, and the receptionists were rude for no reason. The service was awful, and I was very unhappy with the experience. I wouldn't recommend it.
10/10
I had a peaceful stay and felt safe and comfortable there. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were tidy and well cared for, with fresh linens and a pleasant feel. I loved my stay! 🌟
10/10
The swimming pool was great, and some of the staff were really helpful. The hotel isn't right on the ski slopes, but it's close enough to walk to unless you have kids with you.
2/10
The photos gave a misleading impression, since the actual place doesn't match them at all. Staff were unhelpful and the service was terrible. It wasn't worth the price, and I wouldn't recommend Orbi Palace.
