The hotel looks nice, but the place smelled strongly of cigarettes and body odor, and professionalism was missing. The water was shut off twice during our stay, for four hours each time. We were told the spa and sauna were closed for maintenance, though I regularly saw staff sitting in there. The customer service was about as bad as it gets for a supposed hotel.

We stayed in an apartment in summer and paid a low price. It was comfortable, and there was a restaurant on site. The pool and sauna cost extra. Out front, there are hammocks and little pavilions where you can eat outdoors. Bakuriani is small, so the forest and children's park are close, and the center is only a seven-minute walk away. Strongly recommend.

The restaurant food was delicious, and the fireplace made the lobby feel really cozy. Our family also loved the snowy panoramic views from our room. The staff were kind and helpful, and the location is great. One of the more decent hotels in Bakuriani, definitely worth visiting.

The room itself was OK, but the facilities and service were disappointing. At the help desk, nobody offered useful information about the ski station, a map, or a taxi number. The staff just stared, with no smile or help. The bar was painfully slow despite being empty, and we had to ask about three different drinks before they said they had one. The cocktails tasted bad and were expensive. The hamam wasn't working, and they made no effort to fix it while charging the same price.
