At Melashvili 5, Batumi, with landlord Tengiz. The location by the sea is good, but I'd avoid this place. It was dirty, and the dishes were unsteady and hadn't been washed after the previous tenants. It was very noisy, and sleeping was impossible even with headphones. We went two days without sleep. When I asked the landlord to sort things out, he took the front door key for some reason and left us feeling in danger. We'd already paid in full. Absolutely horrible. Don't accept this option.
