We didn’t feel safe for the entire stay after a stranger opened our apartment with his card. It seems the check-in card can unlock multiple apartments. I contacted them about it and got no help. We stayed for our full reservation and paid as usual, but after I left a negative review, they told Booking we hadn’t shown up, apparently to make me pay more. Completely unacceptable.
