The rooms were clean and generally good, but there were several issues during my stay. Most concerning, the breakfast buffet included non-halal items (not halal). I ate meat at breakfast for two days before learning it was pork. There was no label or warning, so ask before eating. I had booked a twin room for two, but was given one with a double bed. I didn't argue because I wanted to avoid more hassle. Housekeeping also wasn't provided unless I specifically asked, though that wasn't a major issue for this kind of hotel apartment. My confirmed reservation was for the Sunrise building. After making me wait around 15 minutes while they said there was a technical problem, staff told me the booking was actually in the Sunset building and asked me to walk there. I refused at first because I'd chosen Sunrise. Then someone else tried to persuade me it was an upgrade, saying the main building was full. Moving guests after a confirmed booking like that showed poor organization, even if the room was supposedly the same quality. The building I was sent to was so new that construction workers were still coming and going to finish it. It clearly wasn't fully ready for guests. Since breakfast was in the main building, I had to walk there each morning, even though that was where I had originally expected to stay.

The rooftop has a bar, cinema, pool, jacuzzi, grill, and a place to relax. This apart-hotel is about 100m from the sea, with cozy rooms, a pleasant lobby, and an inexpensive cafeteria. Nearby are Lech and Maria Kachynsky park, Metro City Mall, and Batumi Aiport.

The cafeteria is good, and there are some nice staff members. That's about the only upside. Construction noise goes on constantly, even at weekends, and the water is often shut off for nearly the whole day, sometimes several times in one week. It makes ordinary living impossible. There's also a constant bad smell from a nearby sewage treatment facility, and dust and dirt all over the area. At night the rooftop bar is so loud it can keep you awake until you can't take it anymore. If you want quiet or any comfort, this place will leave you angry and fed up.

The room was dirty, with insects and unpleasant smells, and there was nobody responsible for cleaning. Construction next door starts in the morning and makes it impossible to sleep. The employees weren't helpful either. This is the worst place I've ever stayed, and I don't recommend it at all 💔💔💔👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

It's in a good spot facing the beach, but the place needs more attention to cleaning. The bathroom smelled really bad, and the sink, terrace, and fridge were all dirty. The fridge also smelled awful. When we arrived, the water was off for the whole first day.
