Apartment Old Batumi

Our room faced the Medea statue, so the view was hard to beat. The room was clean and spacious, and the cleaners were accommodating and brought us extra complimentary water. The hotel felt like a real gem and made us feel special. I'd stay again if I return to Batumi. Although we visited in the low season, the concierge was amazing and helped plan things to do. He arranged a private car to the botanical garden, mtirila national park, and mankhuntskei waterfall. The driver also took us to the ethnography museum and the fish market, all great places to visit. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the middle of old town. It had recently been remodeled, and the lobby is really part of the brassiere 1900 restaurant. It doesn't feel like a hotel, but the hospitality was still there. They also helped book a reservation and prepared breakfast for us to take away. Our train back to Tbilisi left early, and even though breakfast normally started at 8, the concierge and chef made us a lovely breakfast for the five-hour train ride.
