The main bedroom has no curtain, the bedding doesn't fit a double bed, the Wi-Fi doesn't work, and the toilet seat is loose.

Really poor service. I couldn't leave a package at reception for someone who lives in the same complex to collect. I've never run into that before. The whole thing was a mess.

A beautiful place in BATUMI!!! The sea is close by, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants around. I recommend it!!!

Aparthotel Orbi Residence is right beside the blue sea, with gorgeous views. The 26-storey apartment block is also known locally as the "Wave House." The sea is only a two-minute walk away, and there’s plenty of parking in the courtyard. Inside, reception has sofas and a large aquarium.
