Apartments in ORBI GROUP

The advertised pool wasn’t there at all, and there was no sign of the promised amenities. We’d booked a 100 sq. m apartment with several rooms, Wi-Fi, parking, and discounted meals, but what we found was a complete mess. They even tried to get us to pay extra at check-in. The building looks like a hotel outside, but inside it’s an old panel apartment block split among private owners. Our place was smoky and run-down, with mold, dirt, and a musty smell on the walls. The furniture was all over the place, and the appliances were worn out. People smoked, and smoke came straight into the room. The balcony doors and windows were broken and wouldn’t shut, and the balconies didn’t feel safe because a neighbor could easily climb in. There’s that “special Caucasian flair,” too. There was basically no parking, just a few spots for the whole building. The unpaved grounds and lot had become a dump. Instead of resort views, we looked at shabby Khrushchev-era blocks and laundry hanging on lines. This isn’t a hotel, it’s a disaster. Don’t get taken in by Orbi or similar “apartments.”
