Archie made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived in Batumi after a draining trip. He helped us get settled and suggested places to eat once we'd had a chance to freshen up. His cheerful, friendly manner really showed Georgian hospitality. The apartment was much better than we expected: roomy, spotless, and very well kept. It had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a great shower to a top-notch washing machine. Archie also welcomed us with his homemade wine. We liked it so much that we bought a few more bottles at a very reasonable price. We had a wonderful stay, and the apartment's condition and its owner are both reasons I'd highly recommend it. Dear Archie, thanks for your hospitality and for such a lovely time!

The cable car is just 300m away, and sunset is a lovely time to take it. We had a great stay at Archi's place. The apartment was clean and really spacious, and he offered us homemade red wine and recommended a great restaurant for dinner. If you're in Batumi, I'd stay here!

For a good price, Archi gave us a luxury apartment. The rooms, beds, and toilets were all very, very clean, and the equipment was in good condition. There was tea and coffee, too. He was really friendly and knows how to make his clients happy and enjoy their stay. Urmeci madloba!

The apartment is roomy and well equipped, and Archie can even arrange an unforgettable tour of Adjara, documented with a drone. It's also in a great spot near shops, restaurants, bars, the beach, and Batumi's main sights. Be sure to try Archie's wines, too. No need to hesitate about booking with him. :)

It's great value, with spacious, very clean rooms and fast internet. You're right among the attractions, and the host speaks English and is always available with helpful suggestions and assistance.
