I couldn't find the place, and there was no reply from the booking.

The sea is very close, and there’s a shopping center nearby. The accommodation was comfortable, the staff were polite and helpful, and service was quick whenever I needed something. I’d recommend it.

Asthat Hotel felt warm and welcoming, almost like staying in a family home. The rooms in Batumi were clean and peaceful, and it worked nicely for time with family or friends. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Batumi.

The management texted me and threatened me instead of dealing with the problems or apologizing. The towels were dirty, the toilet hose was broken, and the shower only had cold water. The balcony light and TV didn’t work either, and the minibar wasn’t as represented. Even opening and closing the wardrobe doors was difficult. There was a cat in the hallway on the 17th floor, and the view was awful. We were given a fourth-rate room instead of the deluxe one we’d expected. The building was only half finished, and cleanliness was basically nonexistent. The photos are completely misleading. You can find much better places for the same price. Don’t stay here and ruin your holiday. Do not choose this place. The balcony light and TV were out of order, and the minibar was a lie. The closet doors were hard to use, there was a cat living in the 17th-floor hallway, and the room we got was fourth-rate, not deluxe. Dirty towels and a broken toilet hose added to it. The building was unfinished, the view was terrible, and there was no cleanliness. Management sent threats by message instead of fixing anything or apologizing. Better accommodation is available for this price. Stay away.
