I bought a new apartment from Kate and Maraล at Bat Towers construction company in late January of 2025. I knew they had a good reputation, but the purchase was much quicker and easier than I expected. It was the easiest big purchase Iโve made. I never felt pressured, misled, cheated, or uncomfortable. Thanks for everything. Now Iโm looking forward to the buildings becoming operational so I can start renovating! ๐๐๐ป

The home is good and well serviced, and thereโs a nice park right across the street. Itโs about 8 minutes by taxi to the city center, and the mall 5 minutes away has clothes, groceries, and juices โค๏ธโจ๐๐ป. Itโs also quiet at night, unlike living in the center. The main downside is thereโs no decent fruit and veg supermarket nearby.

I bought a flat here and they recommended someone to finish it. He took the money, did half the work, and then nothing for 6 months. Unfortunately, BatTowers doesnโt seem to see this as a problem. Really unprofessional.
