The owners are a great, helpful team, and room service is very good. Rooms are spacious for 2-3 people and have what you need, including an iron, plates, and tea or coffee. The location is hard to beat: the seaside is 5 minutes away on foot, the museums and harbor are 5-7 minutes away, churches are 3 minutes away, and Europe square and Piaca are also 3 minutes away. There’s washing and cleaning service, bike rental, transfers, and a lovely veranda for relaxing. They also offer wine and chacha tastings and excellent excursions with a professional, certified guide who is one of the owners.

The hosts are very welcoming, and the location couldn’t be better. The rooms have modern renovations and are clean, with no problems with the water or sewage. Everything works, and the Wi-Fi is fast throughout the property, including in the rooms. I definitely recommend it!

Nana and David are kind, helpful hosts. The room is simple but has all the comforts, and the center is just a stone’s throw away.

The price is reasonable for the service. We ended up staying in two rooms because, for some reason, we’d paid for one day less. We had to pay extra and move to the next room. There’s air conditioning in the rooms, plus two pairs of disposable slippers and a little kitchen with basic utensils. Our room even had an electric stove for couples, and there was tableware too. A nice surprise was finding disposable toothbrushes with tiny tubes of toothpaste. We’d forgotten our toothbrushes at home, so we were very happy to see them. Shampoo and washing gel were provided too, though I would have liked twice as much. David, who I think is the hotel owner, is a really cool guy. On our last day he understood our situation right away and helped with everything. One thing I’d change is the towel storage in the bathroom. Hooks aren’t very practical in Batumi’s humidity, and racks where towels could dry would be better.
