The location worked well for us, around 500 m from the beach, close to San Remo pier restaurant, shops, and The Batumi Mall. We rented one of the flats, which had a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom. There was also air conditioning, a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a fridge. The owner was friendly and very helpful.

The place was very clean and near the beach, with all the essentials you might need. I’d recommend it.

The balcony is roomy, though from the second floor it looks onto the neighboring building. The view is good from the third floor. Inside, the 52-square-meter apartment feels spacious, with a big kitchen, living room, and hallway. It has the basics for a comfortable stay, including dishes, a refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioning, and TV. The photos match the apartment.
