The view was nice, but that's the only positive I can give. The apartment was in rough shape: curtains came down when opened, and Band-Aids were holding the ironing board together. They only took cash and tried to put us in a much less nice room than the one we'd booked. After we pushed back and mentioned a water issue, they took 30 GEL off the 200 GEL total for two nights. We spent the first night in the wrong apartment, then got moved to the right one for the second, though they did it grudgingly. If they'd been more upfront, we might have been more flexible. Communication in English was difficult too, which may have contributed to the problem.

We wanted to cancel because the apartments were dirty and in such bad condition, and we didn't stay there. They still kept our money and didn't refund it. Be careful, your personal belongings could be stolen. Don't stay here.

We booked a studio here through Booking. The neighborhood is nice, though it's a bit far from downtown where the activities are. You can get there by bike in about 20 minutes.

The sea view is excellent, and the place is clean, modern, comfortable, and really beautiful. They help with whatever you need. A great option if you're going to Batumi.
