The rooms are spacious and clean, and you're right in the heart of the old town with lots of sights close by. We were there for two nights. Free parking around the area is possible if you're lucky: once we parked 50 meters from the apartment, and the other three times it was around 300-350 meters away. That's just how it is in Batumi, with so many cars. They don't provide shower gel, but that didn't bother me much.

We slept really well in the comfortable, clean beds. The apartment was spotless, and the owners were kind, offering coffee and checking that we had what we needed. While we were out, they even left extra clean towels on the table outside the apartment. It had AC, a refrigerator, hair dryer, water boiler, plates, and glasses. When it rained at night, we sat outside in the lovely semi-garden and enjoyed every minute. We'll definitely book Batumi summer hotel again on our next visit.

The rooms are plain but perfectly adequate, and the location in the old center is ideal. The owners were extremely friendly, Georgian or Russian speaking, with a little English. Out back there's a quiet, peaceful area with lots of plants and a shared spot to relax.

The owner was kind and helpful, and let us leave our luggage for a few hours while we explored. English communication was limited, though. The room was spacious and quiet, right in the center of the city, but the bathroom cleanliness could be better.

A peaceful, quiet place in the old part of Batumi, and the rooms are very clean and not too expensive. You can walk everywhere from here. The host is lovely and always willing to help.
