The apartment and building are lovely, and the service was awesome. The staff were warm and kind. There’s a boy who can speak English with me, which was really nice and professional. Ask for Gio if you stay at Sunset, Rainbow or Sunrise. Big yes!

The food was bland, the staff weren’t welcoming, and the water kept getting shut off. For several days, the whole building had just one working elevator. There was also constant construction all around, so it was noisy and made the area less pleasant. My room had a strong, unpleasant smell that wouldn’t go away, and the surrounding streets smelled bad too. This stay was disappointing and didn’t meet my expectations. I wouldn’t recommend the place.

I’ve been getting only about three hours of sleep a night, and I’m exhausted. A man in room 169, near where I’m staying on the 8th floor, coughs and makes loud noises all night, from midnight until morning. I contacted security and the administrator, but nothing has been resolved. It’s so noisy that even earplugs don’t help.

It’s fine for one night, and the sea is close by. The bedsheet smelled a bit, the pillows were poor quality, and the heater wasn’t good enough. The signal was weak in the rooms, possibly because of the insulation, and the wifi didn’t work properly.
