The room was different from the pictures, and the bathroom door wouldn't close. Its curtain was damaged, so there was practically no privacy. Breakfast was also nothing like the online description and photos. We arrived around 9:00 AM to find almost nothing; only a few dishes showed up closer to 10:00 AM. We were later told a proper breakfast hadn't been prepared because just five guests were expected. Staff were apparently meant to come to the table and offer dishes, but nobody came over or explained that. We tried talking it through with manager Tebro, but the conversation was unpleasant. The manager was rude, unprofessional, and didn't seem willing to help or find a solution. The poorly arranged breakfast, room condition, and management's attitude made for a very disappointing stay.

I don't often leave bad reviews, but from the moment we arrived it was clear that guest satisfaction and basic hospitality weren't priorities. The staff were unprofessional and rude, making us feel like a nuisance instead of helping, and we felt completely disrespected. Housekeeping was basically absent. Problems in our poorly maintained rooms were ignored, and breakfast was a problem for vegetarians because there weren't vegetarian options.

We had four rooms, and the staff accused us of stealing spoons because apparently all the teaspoons were missing. In the dining hall, they kept watching our food, which made us uncomfortable. We asked for the room to be cleaned in the morning, but housekeeping didn't come until 5. They didn't leave towels, and the bathrooms weren't cleaned properly. I really don't recommend this hotel.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with breakfast included, and some have views of the Black Sea. The hotel is very close to Grand mall and metrocity mall.
