Gela was especially professional and helped make our stay wonderful. The hotel is a great choice for a family holiday: there’s a good restaurant downstairs with fair prices and good service, and the beach is right outside the courtyard. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well.

We went to the beach cafe three times, and the waitress was friendly and quick every visit. The takeaway option also skips the 15% tip. The shashlik, kebab, carbonara and adjarian khachapuri are worth trying; the pkhali and both salads were generous portions and good. Kharcho was bland, while the fried trout and dumplings were just okay.

The airport and train station transfers are free, and convenience stores are just around the corner. We also had a great view, a large room with a balcony, and friendly service. The beach isn’t private as advertised, so you have to pay for loungers and umbrellas. Beach shoes are a must for getting into the water.

The food was great, and the rooms and beds were nice. But the internet was horrible, which really shouldn’t be the case at a hotel. The power and lights went out throughout the hotel for an hour, then the same thing happened the next day. The maids seemed constantly confused and could barely clean a room properly. Everything else was okay.

You’re at the beach almost immediately from the room, so who wants to spend much time inside anyway? The rooms are great, and the Black Sea hotel is right on the beach. It takes about a minute to get into the sea.
