The rooms are roomy, and the bathrooms were in perfect condition. The location is excellent, with the dancing fountains and beach no more than a five-minute walk away. First-class address, I'd recommend it!

I put money into Blue Sky Tower in Batumi, but there's very little transparency and exactly 0 income. If you've invested too and want to connect with other owners, search Facebook for the Blue Sky Tower Batumi owners group.

The roof lights keep blinking and it's really annoying. Why not make them steady lights? This is the worst construction in Batumi ever.

BlueSky Tower really impressed me! The new rooms were clean, and the views are spectacular ๐คฉ The staff were so kind, and there are enough elevators that you don't have to wait around. ๐๏ธ๐
