The location by the sea is great, and the studio has a pool, sauna and hammam. But the noise insulation is awful: from my second-floor apartment I can hear drilling on the 12th floor. The building manager is rude and incompetent. After three months, it feels more like a war zone than a cozy home. Rent has to be paid in cash and dollars, which is inconvenient when there are no currency exchanges nearby.

The ants in the bathroom made the place feel unhygienic, and noise from construction upstairs went on early in the morning and late at night. I couldn't sleep or work, so I had to leave the apartment before my stay was over. They refunded the nights I didn't use, but later tried to bill me for damage they claimed I'd caused. I consider that completely unjustified. The conditions were unacceptable, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The sea is only about 30 seconds from the steps, and there's parking. The lobby was clean, and the views over the sea, Batumi, and the sunset are stunning.

We loved the apartment. It was quiet and clean, with a panoramic view of the sea, and the beach was a 2-3-minute walk away, elevator included. The water was clean, and we didn't see jellyfish or seaweed nearby. There's a good shop for groceries and drinks close by, and the botanical garden is nearby too. Batumi is 30 km away, about 20 lari by taxi. The apartment had what we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and iron. We could smoke on the balcony while watching the sunsets, and there was private parking.
