The daily service was a real plus: they cleaned the rooms, mopped the floors, changed towels regularly, and provided bathrobes. The rooms were clean and spacious, and breakfast was decent. The location also worked well for us, near the park, sea, city center, and shops. Parking was difficult, though. Being in the city center means narrow streets and a real struggle to find a space. Also, room 203 faces the inner courtyard, where a loud AC unit runs. With the old windows, it sounds like a tractor right beside your ear, so light sleepers may have trouble resting. Apart from those two things, we enjoyed our stay. I'd check parking beforehand and ask for a quieter room.

We liked it so much that we stayed an extra night. The room was lovely, with high ceilings, right on the main drag and just a stone's throw from the Black Sea. It was clean and well equipped, and the bathroom was spacious and clean, with big fluffy towels. Everything worked well, and the staff were friendly. Would recommend.

The staff made a strong impression with their professional, courteous help, always ready with a smile. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and the hotel had good facilities. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, so it would work for couples or families. We found the rooms modern, clean, and well maintained, a comfortable place to relax after exploring. The location along Batumi Boulevard is a big advantage, with lovely sea views and cafes, attractions, and evening walks close by. I had a very pleasant, comfortable stay at Boulevard Hotel Batumi. I'd happily recommend it and consider returning on my next visit.

The breakfast needs work. There wasn't much variety, and the food quality seemed poor, with mostly the cheapest market products. The dining room chairs also screeched loudly across the floor, which made meals unpleasant. The internet could be faster too, since streaming on the TV wouldn't play video above 480p. The location was fantastic for exploring nearby, and the reception staff were kind, welcoming, and ready to help. My room was spacious and clean, and the air conditioning worked excellently compared with other places I've stayed in Georgia.
