From the balcony, you get a great view of the ocean and city, and the beach, shopping centers, and restaurants are very close. The accommodation is fully equipped and the service was superb. Julia and Sergei treated guests like family in their home.

The staff were pleasant, and the place was clean, quiet, and pet friendly. Breakfast was nice, but there weren’t any other facilities, and nothing was served in the evening or at night. It starts at 09:30. Grand Mall and a bit of activity are a 19-minute walk away. The room was very basic, just as advertised, with minimal facilities. It was tiny, with no storage, kettle, or safe, and had a separate shower and a TV. I’d expected a room with a bath, unfortunately.

I’d put the experience at 3.5/5. The room was amazing, honestly stunning, though the curtains should be bigger because they didn’t cover the windows properly. The rest of the hotel felt unfinished, with construction and renovations going on in different areas. At times I felt there weren’t enough staff around to help guests. The cafe also seemed overpriced and short on vegan choices. The stay felt a bit like a backpacking hostel, but with amazing rooms. I guess it’ll be truly amazing once everything’s ready.

The rooms are really cool, and the bar area has great views and a nice atmosphere. The food there was pretty average and expensive for what it was, though. If they put more work into the menu, we would’ve eaten there more than once. The hotel is a little removed from most places to eat, so we often took taxis into town. That also meant things were quieter and less crowded. The main letdown was service at check-in. The receptionist seemed completely uninterested and gave us almost no information. When we went back with questions, he seemed more focused on his phone than answering. Staff in the restaurant and bar were more engaged.
