The pool was excellent and breakfast was reasonable, but neither came close to making up for the way we were treated. I left feeling that the poor service was because we are Arab and because of our race. We paid an exorbitant price for a stay that felt far below the quality promised, and this hotel does not deserve a 5-star rating. We won't return, and I expect management to respond personally and take immediate steps to improve service. The problems began at reception, where we waited a long time before anyone acknowledged us. Staff spoke unpleasantly and showed no consideration for our requests. They put our rooms on separate floors, which was extremely inconvenient, and seemed not to care. The rooms also weren't what we'd booked: the ones meant to be doubles were not. When we reported a spider in our room, the receptionist didn't believe us and demanded a photo as proof. She looked at us with visible disgust. That attitude has no place in hospitality, even at a 3-star hotel.

I work as a professional photographer and am often in different venues. Courtyard really caught my eye for its elegant interior. The conference and event rooms are arranged so well, with space, lighting and design details that work beautifully for business meetings and photoshoots. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was wonderfully comfortable. I've attached a few photos I took. 100% recommended! ✨

The manager is doing a terrific job with the maintenance team. I also got a warm welcome at reception from the young Luka, who helped me find my way around. Another fantastic Marriott hotel, clean and well located, with good parking.

Mr. Tornike and Mr. Anri from the restaurant team made us feel welcome and looked after us attentively while we dined. The hotel facilities and amenities were excellent, and we had a relaxing, enjoyable stay. We booked with points, and my Bonvoy Elite status was warmly recognized when we arrived. Mr. Kakha and Mr. Luka at the Front Desk were professional and thoughtful. Check-in went smoothly, they upgraded us to a Junior Suite, and they kindly offered complimentary breakfast on arrival. They were attentive to details and happy to accommodate our requests, which made us very comfortable. We stayed two nights at Courtyard by Marriott Batumi and had a wonderful time. The one thing I noticed was that the usual Bonvoy member F&B discount, typically around 20%, wasn't available. It didn't affect our experience, and I appreciate the whole team's dedication. I look forward to coming back.

We were on the 36th floor, and the very large balcony gave us an especially impressive view. The room itself was spacious and well maintained. The location was excellent, and the hotel looked beautiful inside and out. We stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Batumi for about 5 days and had a very good experience. The staff were genuinely friendly and proactive, quickly helping with every question or problem, so we felt comfortable. The price seemed quite reasonable for the quality, and we'd stay again. There were a couple of snags. The bathroom vent seemed to carry odors when someone used the toilet, and the shower wasn't designed well. A lot of water leaked out, so we had to use towels to block it.
