My room had cockroaches and the place was a complete mess. When I complained, reception said we had brought them ourselves and used that as a reason to refuse a refund. I called the police right away, and they promised to refund me the next day. This hotel is unsanitary. I’d never stay here again.

Our friends stayed at dolphine hotel while we were at grand rixoss hotel. When they came back to their room, they found that some of their money had been stolen. It happened in 4-5 rooms at the same time. dolphine hotel doesn't feel safe at all.
