They were able to get a crib into our room at the last minute, which was really accommodating. The front desk staff were friendly, answered all my questions kindly, and gave helpful information. I'd recommend the place. Be nice to them and they'll be nice to you.

The mall is right beside the hotel, and the sea is within walking distance, with a kids' playground between the hotel and the beach. Breakfast and dinner were really good. The rooms are spacious enough, but the furniture is a little old and they need renovation. The air felt very heavy; when I tried to open the window, I noticed it and the curtains weren't clean either. Not bad overall, but the rooms need proper renovation and cleaning. Good four-star quality, not five.

On 29 November, I went to the spa at this so-called 5-star hotel, expecting to relax. Instead, the steams burned my feet. I was hurt, left in pain, and received no help or concern, and there was no compensation for the harm caused by what felt like unsafe facilities. Management blamed me, saying that “customers usually know how to use a spa.” That response is outrageous. A business claiming to be 5-star should show basic care and take responsibility. I expect this to be taken seriously and addressed immediately.

Reception staff are the face of a hotel and should act professionally. I find their behavior disgraceful. I can only think there may be some personal connection between them and the Turkish investor who owns the hotel, since it's hard to understand how they could remain employed and behave this way without special ties to the owner.
