Breakfast was poor and made with low quality ingredients. I wouldn’t recommend it, even if you had no choice but to stay. The rooms weren’t clean, and guests didn’t get toothbrushes or slippers, just two large towels. The walls were damaged, and both chairs in our room were very dirty and cigarette-burned. The closet was broken and had no hangers on the wall. There wasn’t even a mirror or a safe in the room, the terrace door was broken, and there was no tea or coffee. David at reception was a very good person, but that wasn’t enough to make the stay enjoyable after paying for a room in Batumi. We stayed almost three nights, and it wasn’t good at all.

The one positive was David at reception. He was polite and very friendly, but I can’t think of anything else good to say about this hotel.

Don’t expect a special breakfast or much room service, and Europe Square is a 15-20 minute walk away. The two people at reception, David and nuda, were friendly and helpful, good guys ❤️🇮🇷🇬🇪.

It was a pretty clean inn, but it didn’t feel like a hotel, and there were plenty of flaws. The receptionist, george, was kind. If you’re expecting a 4-star hotel, this isn’t it.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean during my three-night stay at grand palace batumi hotel. The swimming pool was small and disappointing, and breakfast was quite poor. The nearby construction also made a lot of noise.
