Manager Shota deserves a special mention for making our stay even more enjoyable. We spent three nights here and really liked everything. The hotel is right in the city center, which made getting around convenient, and our sea-view room was warm and cozy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had plenty of variety and tasted great. Our room was cleaned every day, with the amenities replenished daily as well. We'll definitely come back. Thank you!

I was here for a week on a work trip, and it was good value for the price. Being close to the Seafarers Training and Certification Center mattered most to me, and the hotel is also near the sea, the dolphinarium, places to eat, and Neringa Lake. I'd suggest booking an upper floor room facing the sea.

There are lots of restaurants and bars on the same street. The hotel itself was a very nice place to stay, with a balcony and sea view. Service was quick, and I thought the complimentary breakfast dishes were enough.

The breakfast wasn't what I expected, so I'd go to a nearby breakfast spot for good coffee or food. Otherwise, I would've given it five stars.

We had a great stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel had some nice decor. When we needed a wine opener, the woman at the service desk went out of her way to find one. They were helpful with fresh towels too. Breakfast was tasty, with something different from day to day. The location is about 10 mins from central batumi.
